FAQs

What is your refund policy?

If you do not love it, let us know! Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging. You pay return shipping costs and original shipping is not reimbursed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive your return and the inspection is complete, your refund will be processed.

Custom orders
Sale and clearance items
Gift cards and gift certificates
 

What is your shipping policy?

General orders are processed within 1-2 business days, after receipt of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. If an order cannot be processed within 1-2 business days, we will contact you to provide the reason and an estimated processing time.

Custom or personalized orders will typically be processed between 15-25 business days, after receipt of initial payment. Each custom or personalized order will include the expected processing time with the order confirmation.
Note there are some locations at this time that we cannot ship bedding items to; please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
 

Do you create custom orders?

Yes! We love to create custom pieces. Contact us let us know of any special request that we can help you with! Once we have all the details, we will send you an esimate for your custom order.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made by hand in Asheville, North Carolina. We also strive to source all the materials for our products from the United States. If a material is not sourced from the United States, it will be mentioned in the product details.


Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, we strive to work only with eco-friendly materials. When we use the term eco-friendly, we are referring to materials that are compostable and/or recyclable. The details for each product will clearly state if any material is compostable, recyclable, or made from recycled material. If a product has materials that are not eco-friendly for any reason, it will be mentioned in the product details.
 

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we provide a promise that all our products, sold or donated, are cruelty-free. No animals or humans are harmed or abused at any stage in the production of any products. We research extensively to source fair-trade and cruelty-free materials for our products. We never source materials that have been produced in sweatshops and we never source materials from animal resources.
 

Are your products non-toxic?

We are aware that many individuals suffer from a variety of chemical sensitivities, so we strive to only use materials identified as non-toxic in our production. Any material used in production that may be considered toxic will be mentioned in the product details.

Please also feel free to contact us prior to ordering, or be sure to include a note on your order if you do have any sensitivities. We will be happy to follow up with you before processing your order, if we have any concerns.
 

What are your recommended care instructions?

The washing and care instructions for each product will vary, and the recommendation for each product is mentioned in the product details.

We typically recommend spot cleaning or hand washing with cold water and lay flat to dry. Many of our products can be laid out in the sun to help clean, dry, and eliminate any odors.

Some products can be machine washed. If machine washing, we do recommend machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water, and lay flat to dry. Some products can be dried in a normal dryer, but due to environmental concerns, we do not recommend this.
